Request a Quote. This package is available to Sri Lankan visitors, with a minimum party of two guests. There is no fixed public price. Your quotation specifies the private boat arrangement, meal, required travel, any chosen extras and the total for your party.

A river trip followed by lunch
Your outing includes approximately two hours on the Private safari route, followed by lunch at the venue named in your quote. Travel through mangroves, land at Kothduwa Temple, view Five Cent Island from the boat and visit the agreed cinnamon demonstration. A brief agreed platform stop can form part of the river route, with fish-spa participation charged separately. Allow approximately three to three and a half hours overall, excluding optional hotel travel.
What your quotation covers
Tell us about dietary requirements when enquiring. We will confirm what the venue can provide in writing before you accept. The offer does not automatically include a buffet, unlimited drinks or a particular seafood meal. Children's portions and charges must also be agreed rather than assumed.
- The required exclusive boat allocation, operator, fuel and suitable life jackets.
- The agreed river stops and their mandatory charges.
- Lunch at the named venue, with the menu and portions stated in your offer.
- Any required travel between the river and meal venue, as specified in the complete quote.
Optional services and preparation
Hotel pickup and drop-off, paid fish-spa participation, extra food or drinks, alcohol, personal purchases, voluntary donations and tips are outside the quote unless expressly included. Local tuk-tuk or car transfers can be quoted from Ahungalla, Kosgoda, Induruwa, Bentota, Beruwala, Ambalangoda, Hikkaduwa and Akurala. Request either hotel leg or both, and give the relevant addresses.
Arrive 15 minutes before the boat departure in your accepted itinerary. Bring water and sun protection, and cover shoulders and knees for the temple. Let us know about boarding assistance, children's ages or other practical needs with your enquiry, so the complete outing can be considered before you pay.

What should I include in my request?
Send your preferred date and time, adult and child numbers, nationality, meal requirements and contact details. Add the pickup and drop-off addresses if you would like transport included in the quotation.
Does sending the form reserve our boat?
No. This package starts with a quotation because its fare depends on your party and meal requirements. A request starts the quotation process because the fare needs to be agreed. Accepting the current quotation confirms your booking automatically, with payment tracked separately. No second availability check or staff approval is required.
Can everyone travel in one boat?
That depends on your party and the assigned boat's eight- or nine-passenger limit. Every child and infant counts. The quote identifies the boats and arrangements needed for your group.
Can we choose the lunch menu?
Send your preferences and dietary requirements with the enquiry. We will specify the menu, portions and arrangements the venue can provide in the written quote, ready for you to review before accepting.
How do we pay for an accepted quote?
Follow the amount, currency and payment instructions supplied with your accepted offer. Pay online through Genie’s hosted checkout from your private booking page when an amount is due. The server verifies a matching live confirmation before recording payment. Bank payments are reviewed against the actual credited funds, separately from booking confirmation. Review the offer's change and cancellation terms before accepting.
