Contact Madu River Safari

Ask about a new booking

Tell us whether you need Sri Lankan or Foreign Visitor Packages, how many adults and children will travel, and any timing or access needs. Include the ages of children so we can check suitable arrangements.

For hotel transport, give the hotel name or full address and say whether you need pickup, drop-off or both. You may use a different address for the return journey.

Find your boat departure point

The planned departure is on Madu River in Balapitiya. The exact jetty, map pin and arrival instructions are still being finalised. Please contact us for the confirmed meeting point before travelling.

The boat departure point may be different from the business office. An office address should not be used as departure guidance.

Get help with an existing booking

Include your booking reference, the name used for the booking and the travel date. Tell us what you need to change or check. A request to change a date, guest number or transfer remains subject to availability and the terms of your booking.

Request a group or lunch quotation

For 20 or more guests, use Request a Group Quote and include the organiser details, nationalities and transport requirements. Sri Lankan visitors planning a Day Outing Package with Lunch can send their meal requirements with a quote request.

Send your enquiry

Call +94 75 900 3003 or send your enquiry on WhatsApp. Include your travel date, guest numbers and preferred safari, or your booking reference if you already have one. We use the details you provide to respond and discuss your arrangements. Please do not send payment-card details in your message.
