Foreign quotation
Request a Group Quote. Minimum: 20 guests. We provide the total, currency, boat allocation and selected services in your offer. There is no fixed public group tariff. The quotation states its currency. Genie’s hosted checkout is available on your private booking page after quote acceptance when an amount is due. Payment is tracked separately and recorded only after server verification.
A coordinated river outing
Allow approximately two hours for the river trip and arrive 30 minutes before the confirmed departure for group check-in. Your quote sets out the agreed mangrove and island route, the stops that involve landing and the plan for returning to the jetty. Routes and stop order are arranged around the boats and access available. Any meal, additional visit or hotel transfer extends the outing beyond the river time.
What the complete quote specifies
A group of 20 does not travel in one boat. We allocate the required boats using their actual eight- or nine-passenger limits. Every child and infant counts towards capacity. Send accurate passenger numbers and tell us about assistance needs early, so the proposed boarding and landing arrangements can be checked.

- Boat operators, fuel and suitable life jackets.
- The agreed itinerary, mandatory charges for included stops and commentary arrangements.
- Any requested transport, meals or additional services that have been expressly included.
Extras and hotel transport
Meals, drinks, paid fish-spa participation, personal purchases, voluntary donations, tips and hotel journeys are separate unless the accepted offer includes them. Request pickup, drop-off or both from Ahungalla, Kosgoda, Induruwa, Bentota, Beruwala, Ambalangoda, Hikkaduwa or Akurala. Your quote identifies suitable vehicle arrangements and each selected leg; the group is not assumed to fit in a single car or tuk-tuk.

What information should I send?
Give your organisation or group name, organiser's contact details, preferred date and time, adults and children, Nationality selection (Local or Foreign), and any meal or assistance requirements. Include the addresses and passenger numbers for each requested hotel-transfer leg.
Does the enquiry hold the boats?
No. The enquiry requests a complete price for your group. A request starts the quotation process because the fare needs to be agreed. Accepting the current quotation confirms your booking automatically, with payment tracked separately. No second availability check or staff approval is required.
Can we change the numbers after accepting?
Contact us with the updated numbers. Boat, vehicle and meal requirements may change, so a revised quotation may be needed to agree the new price. Accepting the current quote confirms that arrangement automatically. The applicable terms remain those supplied with the offer.
When will the group booking be confirmed?
Your group booking is confirmed automatically when you accept the current quotation. Payment is tracked separately and remains unpaid until funds are verified. No inventory check or further staff approval is required. The accepted quote explains the payment and cancellation terms.
